Canadian artist Richelle Lucas is from White Rock, B.C. Canada. As a painter she began working in 2010 with no previous experience but was mostly self-taught, other than taking of few tips from other professionals along the way. She learned the styles of acrylic, spray paint and plaster, and uses these mediums in conjunction most of the time, she finds they work well together and has since adopted her own style with the three of them. Painting nature such as trees or flowers are done, as well as some more abstract styles, you’ll see some pop-art versions of women as well as some darker themed images such as sugar skulls featured in her gallery.
Painted with inspiration from the universe; Including animals, pop art, metaphysical, nature, and sugar skulls. The artwork is mostly created in acrylics, and some with a touch of spray paint and/or plaster.
